Summer is a time to chill out, play and let go.  Join me at The Chatham Health Club and Pilgrim's Landing for three weekly classes designed especially for the summer season.
AT THE CHATHAM HEALTH + SWIM CLUB
ACTIVE/RESTORATIVE YOGA consists of a gentle, active sequence followed by restorative postures.  Stretch, breathe and release to calm your body and nervous system.
Thursday Evenings, 5:15-6:30p
      Drop in rate $15 for members / $20 for non-members 
      Eight-class pass $105 for members / $145 for non-members

SEATED YOGA CLASS for anyone who has difficulty balancing, cannot easily get up and down off the floor, or simply wants a more supported practice. 
Friday Mornings, 10-11am
     Six week session begins on June 5th.  Come for all six or come when you can.  
     $60 for members / $90 for non-members / drop in rate also available 

Each class is complete within itself and accessible for all levels.

AT PILGRIM'S LANDING…CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY JUNE 23RD!
ACTIVE/RESTORATIVE YOGA is a gentle morning class that will invigorate AND calm you after a weekend of house guests or travel.  Reset and recalibrate for the week ahead.
Tuesday Mornings, 8:30-9:45a
