INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION AND TREATMENT
My yoga/treatment office is located at 15 Cape Lane in Brewster.  
Private individual or small group sessions are available by appointment.  
If you would like a session to be longer than one hour simply use the 
base rate to calculate the session fee.

      - Individual session:  $100/hr
      - Couples:   $125/hr
      - Small Groups: Fee based upon number of students and class design

INDIVIDUALIZED YOGA INTENSIVE
I am now offering a concentrated yoga therapeutics experience while you are visiting the cape, or if you are here year-round and have a specific treatment goal.  The intensive differs from individualized instruction in that we would meet on a daily basis or multiple times within the week. These intensives are custom designed for you and can be over a week, a month, or ongoing at intervals that seem appropriate for your needs.  Pricing for an intensive is on a case by case basis, so feel free to email or call me to discuss further.




ACTIVE + RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS @ CHC
Class consists of an gentle/active sequence followed by restorative postures.

- THURSDAY EVENINGS, 5:15-6:30pm
  Stretch, breath, and release to calm your body and nervous system.

      Drop in rate is                              $15 for members          $20 for non-members
      Four-class pass is                      $55 for members          $75 for non-members

Restorative Yoga reconvenes this
Thursday at 5:15p at the Chatham Health Club!

For the New Year I have developed a series of classes called
Back to Basics
In this series we will learn the fundamental principles of yoga and
·      how to do gentle postures correctly
·      how to modify poses for your body type
·      how to improve your mood & energy level
·      why yoga is unique from other forms of exercise

If you are new to yoga this is a great introduction to the basics,
or an opportunity to rejuvenate your current yoga practice.

Each class is complete within itself and accessible for all levels.
